– 1.5 oz Light Rum
– 1oz CHINOLA
– 1 oz Lime
– 8 Mint Leaves
– .5 oz Soda water
– Pour all ingredients into a collins glass with mint,
and crushed ice and mix vigorously (swizzle) with a bar spoon.
– Top with soda water and add more crushed Ice.
– Garnish with Mint Sprig.
