
CHINOLA SOUR
– 1.5 oz. Bourbon or Rye or Scotch
– 1 oz CHINOLA
– 1oz Lemon
– 1 Egg white
– Pour all ingredients into a shaker tin, and shake with no ice.
– Open Shaker tin and add three cubes of ice and shake till you cant hear the ice anymore.
– Strain into a coupe glass.
– Garnish lemon zest and cocktail cherry.
Simple, delicious and refreshing.
