– 3oz white wine (lighter varietal, suave blanc, pinot grigio, etc)
– 1.5oz tonic water (drier and brighter like fever tree or Q Indian tonic)
– Slices of tropical fruit for garnish
(lime wheels, star fruit, guava, passion fruit seeds/pulp)
