At 98 points, not only was this one of the highest ratings for the year, but Chinola was also recognized as one of Wine Enthusiast’s Top 100 Spirits of the Year! It took 6 years to formulate Chinola Passion Fruit Liqueur and like any small business, we have seen our fair share of ups and downs since this journey began in 2014. “Absolutely delicious, and a must-have for tropical cocktails. The juice-like appearance is burnished orange and cloudy, with a bold, juicy passion fruit and apricot scent. The fruit carries over to the thick, viscous palate, with a peach nectar texture that clings to the palate, finishing with a faint hint of ginger.”
